Wave Field Synthesis
Class project for university of Alicante
Class project on this spatial audio rendering technique, characterized by creation of virtual acoustic environments. It produces "artificial" wave fronts synthesized by a large number of individually driven speakers.
We can
place in space a audio track to virtually try to simulate the position in a scenario.

The difference between using the algorithm and change manually the gain, its that the algorithm also calculate the time that the sound takes to get to the position where the person should be, the algorithm also automatically calculate the gain based on the position of the source of the sound. that can give us a 3D sound effect based on separated mono audio tracks.

The actual example has been adjusted to a stereo signal that can be reproduced on our PC or other audio equipment.
